This project was an extensive remodel to a 15,000 SF house located in Aspen, CO. This was my first Project Manager role which involved intensive coordination and organization to keep track of the countless changes and alterations. This project involved a change of contractor in the middle of the remodel.

The terrace and spa were altered to have a flush terrace, which included coordination with the City of Aspen with their existing and original grade specifications. I produced updated civil drawings for this scope. 

In the interior of the house, I helped organize this extensive renovation/alteration which spanned to almost every room in the house. Here are a few examples of my transformations: Poliform closets were added to the ADU and Master suite, a sitting room was transformed into a bedroom/bathroom, a den was altered into an exercise room and spa, and the ADU bathroom was upgraded.
